Google Docs
Free web-based word processor, spreadsheet and presenter, which allows you to share and to collaborate online. Import existing documents, spreadsheets and presentations, or create new ones from scratch. Google Forms can be used to create surveys and classroom quizzes. Email forms, embed into websites or blogs (sample), or create a tiny url so students can quickly type in the address to access your form.
